Why am I Not Getting Points for Checking-In?

Currently CheckPoints only rewards on the first 5 check-ins per day. The timer resets at midnight each day.
If you are having trouble checking-in to a major chain with featured products, please scroll down to the bottom of the location list and select “Submit a Location.” Rest-assured we will look into the new location issue as soon as possible.
If you’ve reached your check-in limit, you can still earn points from anywhere by downloading Apps for coins, or for participating in our Facebook community discussions: http://www.facebook.com/CheckPoints.
