I'm Having Trouble Registering My Account

There are a few common issues that lead to account creation errors. When creating an account, please be sure of the following:
  1. Your user name is between 4 and 10 characters.
  2. Your device has not previously been linked to an account (If so, login with that account).
  3. Your device has its location services and push messages turned on. Please go into your device’s settings to confirm these are correct (see here).
