If you did not receive credit for a download after 24 hours have passed, please make sure of the following:
1. Check your history after waiting at least 24 hours for the credit, as it can sometimes get delayed. Your history appears by clicking your point balance or tapping Settings>> My History. Your History page should display the credit once it goes through.
2. Verify that you have not previously downloaded or used the app on your device. Rewards only accrue only if this is your first use of the app, even if you have deleted the application from your device in the past.
3. Did you fully start the app and return to CheckPoints? Please carefully read the description under each App on the download page, as there are sometimes additional requirements, such as registration or passing a certain level.
If you have done all 3 of the above and you still don't see the credit, please reply to this email confirming with your username, the time of download, and the name of the app so we can investigate.
