Having Trouble Scanning?

If you are having scanning issues, we have created a troubleshooting list to help you out.

 

  1. Do you have a mobile phone? Scanning is currently not available on iPods.
  2. Are you allowing all permissions to CheckPoints such as Locations and Notifications (see here).
  3. You have a good signal on your device that gives you internet access. Check to see if a web page opens up on your device’s browser to double check.
  4. Have you complied with proper scanning of products in the past (scan-this-way)

If these troubleshooting questions didn’t solve your issue, please open a ticket and select “Scanning Issues”
