After you redeem for a prize, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your redemption that says that we received and are processing your prize redemption. Please remember to verify that your email address is correct in our system, and make sure to look in your spam folder in case the email ended up there by accident. (You can add email@example.com to your address book to help ensure our emails do not get tagged as spam). If you do not receive this confirmation email within 48 hours, create a ticket and we will help you out.
Please allow up to 14 days for rewards to arrive. If you haven't received your rewards after 14 days, feel free to submit a ticket and we will help track down your reward. Digital Prizes (eGift Cards) will arrive to your email address as an email; you can also see these prizes by going into the "My History" tab by clicking on the Gear Icon in the top right corner of the CheckPoints app. Physical Prizes (Gift Cards, Gadgets, etc) will arrive to the address we have on file from your account. Please make sure both are up-to-date!
