Where is my Reward?

Please allow at least 0-14 days for rewards.  If you haven't received your rewards after 14 days, feel free to submit a ticket above and we will help track down your reward.

If you haven't received an initial confirmation email within 24 hours of redemption, please check that you used the correct email address, and take a peek in your spam folder, just in case. If more than 48 hours have passed, please contact us by submitting a ticket above and we'll be glad to help. Please be sure to add accountadmin@checkpoints.com  to your address book to help ensure your reward doesn’t end up in a spam folder.

For physical prizes, be sure to double-check your physical address before redeeming. Otherwise, your neighbor is going to have a lot of fun playing with your new Wii!
