How do I transfer my account to my new device?
Make sure that you have downloaded the most recent version of CheckPoints on your new device.
Login on your new device with the CheckPoints username and password of the account you wish to transfer. You will be prompted to transfer your account via an email to your registered email address associated with the original account.
My account transfer isn't working! Help!
Make sure that you have entered the correct username on your new device, and that you're starting with a newly downloaded version of the App.
Also, check your email spam folder for the transfer confirmation email. You must use the link provided in the email sent to the original account to complete the account transfer.
How many times can I transfer my account?
You are allowed to transfer an account once every 30 days. And a total of 4 times during the lifetime of the account.
