After redeeming two gift cards, I was sent two emails with their respective redeem links. Once I clicked the “Click here to redeem your gift card” link, I was sent to “This site can’t be reached” page. The link doesn’t work and I can’t redeem my gift cards. I have included screenshots of both the email and the invalid site. How do I redeem my gift cards? I used my points for $10 Amazon gift card and a $25 Amazon gift car
The last 2 redemptions for me have had invalid links for the gift cards. I’ve emailed twice and they are not responding. I think checkpoints is no longer operational. Please tell me I’m wrong.
Ok. This all started a month ago. I went to redeem a gift card and the verification code would not send to my phone for another 24 hours. Then, a couple days later, I redeemed an Amazon gift card, only to get a broken link to redeem it. I sent in a ticket. THEN about a week later I started getting an error during the phone verification. So, I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it. I go to sign in, and it kept saying my account was disabled! Mind you, I still had not heard back about the ticket I submitted. A couple days later, it finally let me log in again. However, I was still getting the error during the phone verification. This went on for another couple of weeks. A few days ago, they send me an email they credited my account back for the gift card with the broken link. The next day, the phone verification worked! So I go and redeem a $10 Amazon gift card. And what happens? Another freakin broken link to redeem my gift card!!! I don’t know what’s going on… this app used to be the best rewards app.
In regards to my comment on this page, I still have not received the gift cards I redeemed. The links on the emails are still not working. I prefer to have the two gift cards sent instead of my points being refunded. What do I do with my points if I cannot redeem them?

If you go to the app in the Apple App Store, scroll all the way down to report a problem. It will have you sign in with your Apple login and then you can select from the drop-down scam or fraud because that’s exactly what this is now.

I don’t want my points refunded back. I want my gift cards. What good are points if I cannot redeem them. I just redeemed a $25 amazon gift card and a $10 gift card. Same problem. I am having the exact same issue. My phone number was “invalid” according to the app (which of course it’s not) so I emailed and “Cres” “fixed” it. Then I was sent a “link” for my gift card which was invalid. I have emailed back numerous times and they have stopped responding. They have a week before I report them to the Better Business Bureau.
It’s been a month since I’ve received my PayPal reward. And haven’t heard boo. But guess what guys? I figured out how to report fraud to Apple. I bet if we all report it eventually this scam of an app will be shut down.
Trying PayPal. Says it could take up to 14-business days to process. Submitted on 7/9/23. If I don’t get it, I think we all should stop using this app. Like what Spanilo Poet said, the creditor of this app is probably making bank with the advertisers we click on! Pure evil! 🙁
AAAANNNNDDDD Now PayPal is not working. The app is now just a scam and a waste of time. No response to my ticket. The creator of this app is probably laughing his butt off at us while he’s making bank on advertisers.

Only I never received my points back from when I tried getting a reward months ago… I pretty much gave up those points at this point. I have received rewards since, just not for the lost points.
Trying to redeem my many gift cards I that maybe there’s was a problem with my gift card, then blamed it on my browser, possibly my computer infected. 2 months later no response, checked the message board glad I wasn’t going crazy and not alone. It’s a shame this site before the update was quick to issue our gift cards or answer any questions….. now I guess this site has gone with the wind.
I submitted a support ticket on may 19th. Have added comments to it a couple times now to see if I’ll get some kind of response. It’s been over a month and NO response!!

Cres refunded points but now latest redemption also has invalid link to gift card code. Doesn’t bode well.

I cannot even find anywhere to redeem my points for a gift card. When I go to rewards tab is simply shows "No History Available"

Redeemed 2 $50 Target gift cards and received broken links in emails. Haven't had a response in 24 days to my support ticket. Ridiculous!
