Once you redeem for a prize, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours saying that we received your request. Then within 14 days, you should receive an additional email that either contains your prize (if you redeemed for an egift card) or notifies you that your prize has been shipped (if it is a physical card or a gadget, etc.).
IF YOU ARE MISSING AN EGIFT CARD, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
(1) CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER
and
(2) SEARCH YOUR EMAIL INBOX FOR THE PRIZE YOU ARE EXPECTING (so, if you redeemed for a Walmart egift card, search the word "Walmart" in your inbox.)
It is our experience that you have more than likely already received these emails, and the fastest way to get it to you will be to do a search on your end!

I didn't accept my gift card for long time ago when I redeemed my points
i redeemed a gift card for $10 for home depot back in january i looked in my spam folder it isn't there can you please send again would really like to have it since the points are gone from my account 1/22 status says redeemed but i have'nt tyvm have a good day
I have redeemed points for 2 $100 Walmart egiftcards and I haven't received them yet. Please provide me with a status of my reward!
I have not received my points redeem already for 3-4 weeks. I sent several emails to Support team without any response. Pls advise
