Where are my referral points?

If you referred someone or someone referred you to CheckPoints, please note the following:

(1) You can only input a referral code once, at the time of signup, and no other time when using the app

(2) If you referred someone, you will NOT receive points for any jackpots that user might win

(3) If you are unsure whether or not you are receiving referral points, you can check in the "My History" tab to see if any actions are listed as "Referral Points"

If you still have an issue with referral points, please submit a ticket and include both your username, your friend's username, and let us know who referred who so we can investigate the issue on our end.
