If you are having scanning issues, we have created a troubleshooting list to help you out.
- Do you have a mobile phone? Scanning is currently not available on iPods.
- Are you allowing all permissions to CheckPoints such as Locations and Notifications? (see here).
- Do you have a good signal on your device that gives you internet access? Check to see if a web page opens up on your device’s browser to double-check.
- Have you complied with proper scanning of products in the past? (scan-this-way)
